1. General Provisions
Scope of Application: These terms and conditions apply to all participants in the "My TOPDON Story" activity (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity"). By submitting video content to participate in this Activity, users agree to comply with these terms and the relevant regulations of TOPDON.
Activity Modifications and Termination: TOPDON reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate this Activity at any time. Any changes to these terms will take effect immediately upon being published. Users' continued participation in the Activity signifies acceptance of the updated terms. Region and Time Limitations: This Activity is open only to users in certain regions, as designated by TOPDON. 2. Intellectual Property
Original Content Guarantee: Users submitting video content, stories, and any accompanying materials (including but not limited to text, images, audio, etc.) for this Activity guarantee that such content is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of third parties. Users will bear full responsibility for any legal disputes arising from content violations.
Grant of Rights: By submitting content to the Activity, users grant TOPDON a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use the submitted content in any way necessary for the promotion, display, editing, publication, or distribution of the Activity, including on various online platforms, social media, advertisements, and other public forums.
Modification and Editing: Users agree that TOPDON may edit, modify, or process the submitted content as needed to fit the requirements of the Activity or platform. This includes but is not limited to content editing, format conversion, translation, and voice-over, without requiring prior approval from the user.
Attribution: TOPDON reserves the right to attribute the authorship of any content used during the Activity, unless the content is anonymized. TOPDON will decide whether to credit the user as the creator based on its discretion.

3. Dispute Resolution
Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the Activity, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations. Theme Updates: TOPDON reserves the right to update or introduce new themes based on the progress of the Activity, brand needs, or market feedback. All updated themes will be communicated to participants via official channels and will apply to any unsent submissions.
