TOPDON provides products and services through independently operated regional companies.
Each regional TOPDON entity independently conducts business within its respective jurisdiction and business scope, including where applicable:sales and distribution:
- customer support;
- warranty services;
- after-sales services;
- subscription management;
- regulatory compliance;
- consumer protection obligations; and
- local business operations.
This regional operating model enables TOPDON to provide localized services while complying with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction.
Each TOPDON entity operates independently within its respective jurisdiction. Unless expressly stated otherwise, one TOPDON entity does not assume contractual responsibility or legal liability for products or services provided by another regional TOPDON entity.
1.3 Applicable TOPDON Entity
Different services provided through TOPDON platforms may involve different TOPDON entities depending on the nature of the service, including product sales, software services, subscriptions, technical support, warranty services, and other related activities.

17. Suspension and Termination
